This is a great group of people. The message boards, the chats, facebook - it's fun! Working out with friends at the fit club is a blast!
As coaches, we are in the business of helping people. So many want to improve their fitness, but can't do it alone. They need help to break out of that rut, lose that body fat, build those muscles. They want the fitness lifestyle. Some just need a bit of advice and encouragement.
Too many people are overweight and the health trends are not reassuring. Even children are now being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes! We've got to turn this around. Our goal is to end the trend of obesity. Join our team!
